September 2023 saw St Mary’s launch our Special Class “Sonas” for girls with Autism/ASD.

Sonas is the Irish word for “Happiness”, a feeling which is experienced by our pupils as they learn, grow and achieve to their full potential in an environment which best meets their needs.

Our Sonas Classroom has its very own adjoining Quiet Room and its own accessible bathroom.
